Womble On the Move: Womble Bond Dickinson Gets New D.C. Address
WASHINGTON, D.C.—Transatlantic law firm Womble Bond Dickinson has called Washington, D.C. home since 1998, building on a predecessor firm that started locally in the 1970s. The firm has renewed its commitment to the market by signing a multi-year lease at Alexander Court.
The firm’s new address is:
2001 K Street, NW
Suite 400 South
Washington, DC 20006
The firm’s first official day in the new office was Monday, September 20.
Alexander Court is a LEED Gold certified, state-of-the-art 800,000-square-foot office complex in D.C.’s Central Business District. Womble Bond Dickinson’s new office is within walking distance of the Farragut North (Red Line), Farragut West (Orange and Blue Lines), Dupont Circle (Red Line) and Foggy Bottom (Orange and Blue Lines) Metro stations.
"Designing and building new space during a pandemic has been a challenge," said Elizabeth Lee, Managing Partner of Womble Bond Dickinson’s Washington, D.C. office, "but it gave us the opportunity to reimagine how we work together to serve our clients. The result is a smaller, more environmentally sustainable workplace designed to emphasize collaboration and hospitality in an agile work environment. Alexander Court is a great match for our present and future needs."
